Frog Rugs

Frog Rugs

Designs to hop across under foot

Add a few hopping frogs to the floor of your child’s nursery or bedroom. Cute images woven in or shaped rugs add just the right touch to finish off your design. Most involve blue and green colors – water and lily pads, of course – but you can find a few other colors as well.

If you already have enough hopping amphibians in the room, consider a solid blue rug to mimic water – maybe a big rectangle – or a green one to mimic a lily pad. Otherwise, go for a great design that can serve as a focal point to the room and a start to the theme.

Cute Frog Rugs

Kind of cartoony and definitely kid appropriate. Some of these are geared toward coordinating with nursery sets, others stand on their own. In all cases, plenty of green colors to be found.

More Elegant Frog Rugs

OK, maybe “elegant” isn’t exactly the right word, but these certainly don’t fall under “cute”. They still have frogs, they’re still great for a kid’s room, they just have a little more style to them. Or they just have more realistic frogs in their design.

I know! I have no idea why but anything beyond crib bedding is almost impossible to find. Has been for the eight years or so I’ve been tracking this stuff. Sigh.

I do have what frog bedding I know of and some options for making your own on a page over at Squidoo. Mostly fabric ideas and other places to find it. Or you could take a look through the green bedding options I have in the catalog.

      Good luck with your search!
